Daniel Berz is the Co-Founder and CEO of Trillion Digital, a trading firm operating in the OTC digital asset markets. He draws on experience in business development, trading systems, and regulatory strategy to lead the creation of technology, processes, and relationships that deliver efficient, competitive, and reliable execution. Daniel has experience in banking, treasury management, and execution across fixed income, FX, exotic derivatives, and repo transactions. He has also led the build-out of a multi-jurisdiction setup of regulated entities across dealer and banking sectors. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Northeastern University.

Luis Daniel Odon is the Co-Founder and President of Trillion Digital. He leads the firm's growth strategy and product evolution, drawing from a background in capital markets, infrastructure finance and engineering. His work bridges technical depth with financial execution across regulated markets. Before co-founding Trillion Digital, Luis worked in Sales & Trading at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and later advised on the development of large-scale infrastructure projects globally at Arup Group Ltd. He also contributed to satellite research at The George Washington University, where he earned degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Economics.

Luis Mejía is Head of OTC at Trillion Digital, overseeing institutional execution, liquidity management, and client engagement across digital asset markets. He plays a key role in delivering reliable market access while maintaining regulatory and operational excellence. Luis brings a diverse background in financial operations, trading infrastructure, and client services, with prior experience at Amerant Bank, Hermès, and Procter & Gamble. Throughout his career, he has built expertise in finance, risk management, and institutional client support. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's degree from Universidad Metropolitana.

Valeria Mujica serves as CCO at Trillion Digital, overseeing the firm's compliance program across regulatory strategy, policy governance, and internal controls. She helps support the firm's focus on maintaining regulatory integrity, operational transparency, and effective risk management across its business activities. Valeria has experience in financial crime compliance, including KYC, AML, and sanctions oversight, with previous roles at JPMorgan and PwC. She is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Chainalysis-certified in cryptocurrency compliance, and an active member of the Financial Crime Academy.
